FloorRush Alpha Privacy Notice

iPhone beta applications

When you apply, Rizn Entertainment collects only your first name, reply email, iPhone eligibility, preferred language, willingness to test with a friend, and confirmation that you are an adult and agree to be contacted about the beta. We record the time of your consent and a source label when you follow a founder’s referral link. If you use a friend application link, we also record a random group code to associate your applications. Your friend submits their own details and consent. Please submit only your own details.

We use this information to review interest, coordinate a limited testing circle and reply about beta participation. The form does not create an app account, grant access or subscribe you to marketing. Applications are stored in restricted storage with our website host, Network Solutions. A signed application notification is sent to our support mailbox. Authorized Rizn team members review applications in our private founder workspace hosted through ChatGPT Sites, send beta invitations, and coordinate optional friend testing. We retain application decisions and invitation history.

To withdraw contact consent, request deletion or ask about an application, email support@riznentertainment.com. We clear contact details and scheduled follow-ups when consent is withdrawn, and review application data at the end of the testing cycle to remove information no longer needed. Downloaded team backups are restricted and must be included in deletion reviews. The form uses a session cookie for submission security and short-lived, hashed abuse-prevention identifiers; it does not use advertising trackers.

What FloorRush may collect

FloorRush may collect account details, selected Dance ID information, challenge attempts, uploaded videos, motion-processing artifacts, scoring/readiness data, invite metadata, device/app diagnostics, and support communications needed to operate and improve the app.

How it is used

Data is used to authenticate testers, save profile and Dance ID choices, play and review challenge attempts, generate timing-aware feedback, support friend challenge comparisons, troubleshoot capture and sync issues, and improve alpha quality.

Videos and motion data

Recorded videos and derived motion artifacts are core to the product. They are used for replay, processing, scoring, invite previews, and quality review.

Sharing

Challenge content may be shown to invited friends when a tester sends or accepts a challenge. FloorRush does not intend to sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to operate app infrastructure, storage, diagnostics, and communications.

Choices

For help, account support, or a deletion request, email the FloorRush team. Some requests require manual handling during the beta.

Children and safety

FloorRush is a movement-based mobile product. Testers should use a safe recording space and follow any age, consent, and guardian requirements that apply before joining a test.

Updates

This notice may be updated as FloorRush moves from alpha testing toward broader release.
